Add a Personalised Plaque

Why Add Personalisation?

An engraved plaque turns your frame from “nice display” into “this is my story – right here on the wall.”

The first platinum you finally unlocked.

The midnight launch you queued in the rain for.

The film you watched every Christmas.

The card you never thought you’d pull.

Benefits That Matter to Collectors & Gifters

Benefit What it means for your display
Adds Story to the Display A plaque instantly explains why this game, movie, album or card isn’t “just another copy.” It turns your frame into a piece with meaning and memory.
Looks Premium, Not DIY CNC-engraved aluminium with a clean gold or black finish gives a gallery-grade feel. It elevates the entire display and blends seamlessly into the Cheevo frame.
Built to Last Because the text is physically carved into aluminium, it won’t peel, fade or rub off. It’s a permanent memory, not a temporary print.
Perfect for Gifts Add a name, a date or a personal message to turn a great gift into something unforgettable. It makes the frame feel custom-made for them.
Future-Proof Memory Years from now, you’ll still remember why that item deserved a place on your wall. The plaque keeps the story alive long after details fade.

Frame Only vs Frame + Plaque (Positioning)

Feature Frame Only Frame + Engraved Plaque
Visual Impact High – artwork on show. Even higher – artwork + a meaningful story beneath it.
Personalisation Personal to you, but not immediately clear to others. Instantly personal — anyone who sees it understands why it matters.
Gift Appeal A thoughtful gift. An outstanding gift — feels custom-made for them.
Long-Term Meaning The memory lives in your head only. The memory is permanently engraved — the story stays with the item.
Overall Feel “Nice display.” “This is a piece of my life.”

Crafted With Care

How It Fits Into Your Cheevo Frame

The plaque is designed to fit perfectly within your Cheevo frame layout, adding meaning without distracting from the main display.

  • Positioned in a dedicated area below or alongside your game, movie, album or card.
  • Sized proportionally to balance the layout — enhancing the display without overpowering it.
  • Securely fixed so it stays straight, centred and perfectly aligned for years.
  • Designed to feel integrated into the frame, not added on afterwards.

The result is a cohesive, curated display where the artwork and your personalised message work together to tell one story.

How to Add a Plaque to Your Order

Adding a personalised engraved plaque to your frame is simple. Just follow these steps:

  1. Choose the frame you want for your game, movie, album or trading card.
  2. On the product page, select “Add personalised engraved plaque” (or the upgrade option).
  3. Enter your engraving message in the text field — short, meaningful text works best.
  4. Pick your finish: Gold or Black, both engraved in silver.
  5. Add the item to your cart and check out as normal.

We’ll engrave the plaque, assemble the frame, and deliver it ready to display the moment that matters to you.
